Meet Tertia Sablan

Hafa Adai and welcome to my page! Born and raised on Guam, I am proud to call this beautiful island home once again after spending much of my adult life in Sacramento, California. Returning to Guam has allowed me to reconnect with the community that helped shape who I am, and I am excited to help others find a place they can call home, too.

My professional journey has been anything but ordinary. I've worked in customer service, sales, healthcare, counseling, and education, which means I've worn many hats and learned how to connect with people from all walks of life. From serving customers their morning coffee to helping individuals navigate important life decisions, one thing has remained constant: my passion for helping people and providing exceptional service.

As an active member of the community, I value building genuine relationships and giving back whenever I can.
