It's not just an old cliché… for Suzanne, it's a standard she abides by on all levels - spiritually, socially, personally, professionally - in her ongoing quest to MAKE A DIFFERENCE in people's lives!

Her forays into various industries throughout her work history - paid and, or voluntary - attest to this vocation of integrity, professionalism and COMMITMENT TO SERVICE… and her ideal of helping to ensure a WIN-WIN situation for all.

FIRST-TIME BUYERS are her specialty, having placed numerous families and individuals in homes using VA, USDA, RD, Guam Housing Corp., and conventional loan programs. She is also quite adept at helping to find and secure rental homes for locals, executives and military service members, in addition to assisting those seeking to develop or build on vacant or raw land… you name it!

While in Los Angeles, Suzanne developed, administered and managed a volunteer department and program for the L.A. Gay & Lesbian Center that was supported by more than 6,000 registered volunteers. During her 13½-year tenure with the organization, volunteers in the program contributed close to 750,000 hours of service, worth more than $15 million.

She was a recipient of the LACE (Lesbian & Bisexual Women Active in Community Empowerment) Outstanding Staff Award in March 1999 and received a citation in June 2008 from the Los Angeles City Council for outstanding contributions and achievements to the LGBT community.

Prior to joining the Gay & Lesbian Center in1995, Suzanne was a senior staff assistant with the Office of the Governor's Policy and Communications Department on Guam before being assigned to oversee the Guam Medical Referral Office in Los Angeles from 1992 – January 1995.

A former journalist with the Pacific Daily News from 1980-1985, Suzanne also served for eight years as a reservist with the Guam Air National Guard, and performed with numerous local cover bands including CIANO, the Blas Bros. & Company, Kapaz and the Downbeats.

She is the daughter of Juan S.N. and Susana U. (defunto) Naputi, and the eldest sister of Boone Naputi, Jacquelynn Naputi Cruz, Jocelyn Naputi and Sonya Naputi-Sanchez.

Suzanne's return to Guam in 2008, after living in California for more than 16 years, has presented yet another avenue for service, this time as a Realtor committed STILL to Making A Difference - by helping individuals and families find and acquire THE RIGHT home!

She received the Ginefli'e I Tano Outstanding Newcomer award in 2010 and earned the distinction as a Service Excellence Awards Gold Club Winner in 2015.
