My name is Sandy, and I have been a full-time real estate agent/broker on Guam for decades!

I moved to Guam from California as a teenager, so I am fortunate to understand the perspectives of those coming here for the first time. Having a Chamorro (island native) mother, and a stateside father allows me to share the nuances of each world.

For those returning home to Guam, allow me to bring you up-to-date with what has been happening on our wonderful island! We never lack news to share.

My husband is a former military member from North Carolina, so the lives and processes of military members is not foreign to me. I understand being away from family, and getting settled-in. Let me help you.

I will get the job done:

I understand the sense of urgency. I try to be available at all times, and when I am on an appointment, my full-time assistant, Merry, remains ready to help. My goal has been to try and answer your questions, and be available to you 24/7.

I love what I do:

There is no greater motivation than the love of what you do. Be the beneficiary of my enthusiasm. If you are new to Guam, I am often one of your first points of contact, and I am pleased to share Guam's customs, locations, culture, and short cuts! If you are from here, or returning, let's catch-up.

I want to assist:

Helping people is what I do. Some people know real estate, but many do not understand it's complexities. Whichever the case, allow me to make this process as stress free as possible. In the end, I want you pleased with your experience.

Family Real Estate:

My office is my extended family, offering the best website, support staff, and just simple camaraderie. They are an extension of who we are, and what we do. My family at home is my husband, and my son and daughter, both attending college in the U.S. These two have grown-up with real estate as part of their lives.

The people on Guam are incredibly friendly, and welcoming, so don't be surprised if you find yourself at a village fiesta, or an impromptu beach bar-b-q while here. If you are here for a short stay, I do hope you leave with a bit of our Hafa Adai spirit in your carry-on.
