In this career choice of real estate, the learning never stops….

• Began real estate out of curiosity in the 1970's. Someone mentioned a pre-license real estate course being offered on Oahu, Hawaii which peaked my interest, so enrolled. Upon completion of both pre-license course and obtaining sales person license, attended 160 hour post-license course that provided the ‘back bone' about the real estate industry.
• Upon returning to Guam, obtaining a Guam license in 1979, it was time to begin a lifetime career in real estate.
• The 160 post-license training offered by Mike McCormack REALTORS® whereby his philosophy was "The sale of property involves a meeting of the minds between buyer and seller".
• Fortunate enough to have had good mentoring by Joe Koenig, became an Associate-Broker until he and Jane (his Maui born & raised wife) left island.
