Hafa Adai, guahu si Jeffrey Ian Charfauros

Born and raised on Guam, I have always valued discipline, consistency, and strong connections with the people around me. After graduating from Father Dueñas Memorial School, I continued my education at the University of Guam, where I am pursuing a degree in Business and a minor in Music as a classical pianist.

Studying classical piano has taught me patience, focus, and the importance of paying attention to the smallest details. Outside of school and real estate, I also enjoy swimming for an hour three times a week. Swimming keeps me active and reminds me that meaningful progress comes from preparation, persistence, and steady effort.

I bring those same qualities into real estate by listening carefully, communicating clearly, and approaching every opportunity with professionalism and enthusiasm.
