Meet Dawn R. S. Blas

Dawn R. S. Blas is a REALTOR® with Today's Realty who is passionate about helping clients make informed real estate decisions with confidence and peace of mind. Licensed as a REALTOR® in Guam, Dawn combines the enthusiasm of a dedicated real estate professional with more than 25 years of leadership, education, and public service experience. Her dedication to excellence, strong work ethic, and commitment to serving others make her a trusted advocate for buyers and sellers throughout Guam.

Prior to launching her real estate career, Dawn served in leadership positions with the Government of Guam and the United States Air Force. She retired as a Judicial Educator, where she designed leadership academies, developed workforce training programs, and led initiatives that strengthened employee development and organizational effectiveness. Throughout her career, she earned a reputation for integrity, professionalism, and the ability to guide people through important decisions with clarity and compassion.

Having lived and served in Guam for most of her life, Dawn possesses a deep appreciation for the island, its communities, and the people who call it home. She believes every client deserves personalized attention, honest communication, and exceptional service from the first conversation through closing. Whether assisting first time homebuyers, military families relocating to Guam, investors, or homeowners preparing to sell, she is committed to making every transaction a positive and rewarding experience.

Beyond real estate, Dawn treasures time with her family as a proud mother and grandmother. She enjoys SCUBA diving, swimming, practicing yoga, and playing pickleball. She also holds a motorcycle endorsement on her driver's license, but her true passion is helping clients find the perfect place to “park it!”

Dawn was born in Sacramento, California, and is the daughter of the late Peter C. Siguenza, former Chief Justice of Guam, and the late Joleen Taitano Rios Siguenza. She is married to David M. Blas, Jr., and is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology.
