Today’s Realty is pleased to announce, in accordance with Governor Lou Leon Guerrero’s announcement of COR02, the opening of their offices at 1700 Army Drive (Route 16), Dededo Guam effective from 8am Monday, May 11th.

The Today’s team is ready to help you and your families with all your real estate needs including property management, home, land, commercial sales and rentals and other real estate related services. Our office is open Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm, by appointment. Additionally, our clients are encouraged to continue using the many on-line live virtual tools that our office has adopted over the years – presentations, meetings, property tours, transaction management, and signatures on documents can all be handled without visiting our office.

Our website, guamhome.com, is available 24 hours a day for your real estate shopping needs. As part of our office opening, all visitors, employees and agents must comply with the standards established as our island continues to battle the Covid19 pandemic. Therefore, face mask requirements, 6 feet social distancing, gathering limitations and advanced sanitation measures will be in effect. When visiting our office, please follow all posted signs and directions.

Your agent will also discuss other measures that are in effect and required during the listing, showing of properties, move-ins, move-outs, closings, inspections and other real estate services.
