Being away for almost 10 years I have always said, Guam is a tiny rock in the middle of the ocean and it is a place I call home. My name is Christine San Nicolas and I am a licensed real estate agent. Prior to my career in real estate I lived in San Diego, California and worked for property management in La Jolla as a leasing agent. I have worked with many individuals and families that were relocating for work or school and wanted to find a place to call home. Recently moving back to the island, my personal goal is to build a successful career and establish a solid foundation so that I can soon create a family of my own. I am a passionate and goal driven individual. What sets me apart from the rest is that I CARE. Being in different aspects of customer service for many years, the focus is always on the best interest for the client. Transitioning into real estate I find that to be the key that will unlock many doors.
