Originally from the Philippines, her journey eventually brought her to Guam, where she built a life with her husband and their four children. What started as a move across the world quickly became a place she now proudly calls home.
What she loves most about living on Guam is the people. The friendships she has formed and the opportunity to work alongside individuals she truly cares about make every day meaningful. She shares that choosing Guam is a decision she has never once regretted.
When she is not working, you can often find her doing what she loves most, spending time with friends and staying connected with her clients. She makes it a point to check in on past clients, sometimes stopping by just to make sure they are still happy and loving their home. For her, real estate relationships do not end at closing, they grow into lifelong friendships.
💼 A Career Driven by Purpose
Her path into real estate was inspired by one simple but powerful goal: supporting her children and providing for her family. With encouragement from a close friend whose daughter worked in the industry, she took her first steps into real estate. Armed with her very first phone and laptop and strong determination to succeed.
She fondly recalls attending her first office Christmas party, realizing she had found more than just a job, she had found a professional family. Through every challenge, she credits her faith, sharing that God has always answered her prayers at exactly the right time.
Now nine years into her real estate career, her passion remains as strong as ever. One of her greatest motivations is supporting her daughter, who is now in college, and being able to help her pursue her dreams.

Among her many accomplishments, one moment stands out as especially meaningful, being named Today’s Realty Realtor of the Year in 2023. It was a proud milestone that reflected years of dedication, resilience, and unwavering commitment to her clients.
What she enjoys most about real estate is the fulfillment that comes from helping people find their dream homes. Even when a deal does not go through, she never gives up. She continues working alongside her clients until they find the right home, believing that every journey deserves a happy ending.
