Education Choices abound in Paradise!
The entire island is served by the Guam Public School System operated by the Government of Guam.
There are also an abundance of private schools. Many of these private schools are associated with a church or temple and can be found throughout the island.
The Department of Defense also operates a school system on island for the benefit of active members of the armed forces and others that may qualify... check their website for qualifications.
There are also many parents that prefer to school their children at home in Guam.
For higher education the two local choices are the Guam Community College (GCC) and the University of Guam (UOG). There are also a smattering of other colleges and universities that hold classes in Guam as well as on-line choices for higher learning.
