“Service you deserve”, that is what I hope to bring to the table and convey to my clientele and every individual that I encounter. I envision real estate to be more than just a job or career but as an outlet of assisting those desiring to obtain and build a strong familial foundation.

Good decisions are based on good information. My personal mission is to provide my clientele with up to date information, skilled analysis and sound real estate advice. The best interest of my clientele always comes first, as I am dedicated to the development of long-term relationships. My joy is helping and entertaining all people that I come in contact with.

This lesson I learned from experiencing a pinnacle point of my life which was ironically also the lowest point in my life. This event was a moment in time which encouraged me to change my life around by serving back to the community and excepting our Heavenly Father into my heart and soul.

This state of mind goes without saying in everything that I do which stems from my family heritage. My grandfather, Juan Isidro Rupley, was an entrepreneur to construct and operate the first egg farm, homing pigeon, and fertilizer business since 1982. Coming from a large family of Irish and Chamorro decent, I was instilled early on to possess commitment, integrity, and strength as qualities to uphold to.

In my leisure time, which I feel is a necessity in ones hectic life, is to go diving the depths of Guam’s waters, riding my motorcycle on the open road, or hiking its arduous trails. Then it is back to the reality of daily life. That life for me is real estate and my second role is working with individuals with disabilities and life controlling issues to get back in the right path. Although to most people it is a near impossible juggling act to keep up, I enjoy the chaos; I am content and could not see it lived any other way. If there is one lesson I can relay to up and coming realtors is to stay focused, honest, and positive while keeping the utmost integrity for all people in mind.
